  • With your row partner, use your Syllabus Scavenger Hunt to complete the quiz.
  • Teacher will collect the quiz and scavenger hunt upon completion.
2. Ten Questions on Book Review (students have the article and ten questions)
  • Complete Ten Questions on binder paper
  • Teacher will collect Ten Questions stapled on top of annotated book review article
2. Article: "Five habits of great students: Lessons from top-ranked STEM school"
  • Pre-read (label title, author, genre, publication information, number paragraphs)
  • Read and annotate (mark text, at least three comments in the margin per page)
  • Written Response on back of article:
    • Write a paragraph in which you describe at least two habits or behaviors you will incorporate to help you succeed as a student. Use one piece of textual evidence for each habit you choose and elaborate to support your claim (habit choice).
